Forms 4 and 5 had a fantastic time at the British Museum, with Form 4 investigating the Sutton Hoo artefacts and using the information to work out who had been buried there, and Form 5 learning about the Aztecs and discovering more about the Middle Ages. Mrs Peterman, who coordinated the visit, explained, “I was really impressed by the girls’ enthusiasm for discovering the different objects. The trip encouraged the children to think for themselves and to sum up what they’d discovered to get a clearer picture of life in days gone by.”
