It is really important we all keep active every day. Being active keeps our hearts healthy and strengthens muscles and bones. It is also a great way of lifting our mood and creating positive energy.

In the same way that we need to eat different food groups to get the range of nutrients our bodies need; we all need different types of physical activity to help our bodies grow and develop and keep ourselves healthy and fit.

Starting the day with Mrs Watson's 'Wake Up and Shake Up' certainly brings a fun start to any day!
